The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear. -Buddy

Or by decorating cookies with the siblings and your own real life Buddy the Elf, Dan. He put us way behind on the cookie quota. In fact, out of a whole batch of sugar cookies he finished only 5. 5! blasted cookies!! That will never do.

I am on at least number 8, I am sure of it. And we are only mintues in.

At the end of his hard work, Dan had an Eggnog dessert. His favorite is to mix it with Rootbeer, then it turns into Egg Beer. Just kidding, they call it Rootnog. Yelch is all I have to say about that.

While the rest of us continue our hard work. Look at my cute siblings all in stripes.

The Bunh Bunh was there in spirit.

Cookie Monsters Favorite Cookie Dough
3/4 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
cream together then add:
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Chill dough for at least 1 hr, roll out on floured surface but don't roll it too thin! Get out the cookie cutters and go to town!
Bake at 375F (I think) 5-8 minutes.

3 woot-woots!:

Look at this fun little elf factory. Girl we are so on the same page. After work I'm going to make Mike's flight some cookies in the shape of airplanes for him to take to work tomorrow. I just might steal this recipe :) Love it!

Yes,I quite like Dan's beard myself. He is growing it out for this moustache party, but I may just make him keep the beard :).
