due to my boring right knee that gets swollen and tight and painful, i have not been able to get my cardio on like i am dying too. it is rather sad. over the past 2 weeks in physical therapy though i got to start my strengthening routine! it feels nice to burn. and for the record, i am going to have the hottest hip flexors evah' yo! they are getting so strong and defined, you wouldn't believe it. ha! i guess i'll take what i can get. no? and why am i working on my tight, weak hips for my knees, you ask? my dr says they are all connected or some jazz like that.
and on another health note. sometimes i wish the lord would just bring mana back. i mean, it would cure obesity, diabetes, hypertension, crohns... the list is endless! and then we wouldn't have to spend our life savings on healthcare, especially when that money would be much better spent on tuition in the first place. but i guess the whole working by the sweat of our brows for our sustenance is important, and being a good steward of your body is important and on and on and on. dessert is pretty good too. would i miss cooking and variety and grocery shopping? probably, but still.. mana... it is very appealing to me sometimes. you must admit.
