Wow. Do you know that I am actually going to have to have this baby in 5 weeks (or something like that)? It is kinda crazy and blowing our minds over here in p-cute land. I purchased some necessary items for the hospital bag today that were less than thrilling to buy- nipple cream, giant pads... why under share when you can over share?! That's always been my motto.
I thought the perspective in the above photo was pretty funny and that you all would enjoy it. I actually had to bend in a very specific way so my toes could peek out and say hello. Hello down there!
I didn't work today, so instead I made some Love Day cookies to bring into work for tomorrow. Please hold your breath as you look at how gee dee cute they are. In fact, I think that as I was decorating them an angel got its wings with puppy dogs standing witness. I am pretty sure of it, actually.
I tried a new sugar cookie recipe which turned out not to be my favorite (it does the trick though), but the frosting! Oh the frosting! Strawberry butter cream. A natural pink hue and a smooth strawberry taste- really, this idea has changed my life. I read about pureeing strawberries and adding them to the frosting but lots of people discouraged that as it made the frosting too runny, so strawberry jam it was! And OMG, you need to add some to your next batch of butter cream frosting. Or any other preserve for that matter- it is life changing.
So yes, 35 weeks, 5 left to go and then we are parents. PARENTS. Wish us luck!
(and who the heck is letting us do this anyways?!!?)

Good Luck!!!! Even without an epidural you can still get IV drugs. Ask for Fentanol. I was just remembering it the other day. I think i want to get preggers again just so i can ask for lots and lots of it, Ha!
