When I was in grade school my parents would employ me for monetary gain to wash, dry, fold, and put away the kitchen laundry. Since then I can't seem to get enough of clean tea towels. I live with my youngest sister and am still the one who takes care of the tea towels, it would be great if I could be paid to do this. Betina who has my name in the Christmas exchange this year asked me what I wanted, among other things, "tea towels" were at the top of my list. I don't know what it is about a good tea towel that makes me so happy. When I cook I like to have a nice clean tea towel slung over my shoulder, it gives me good luck and a place to wipe my fingers. When I grow up I want kitchen laundry for ever occassion, every holiday, and every season.
