My sister had a baby girl today and I am so proud of her. I got the call this morning that she had checked herself into the hospital and I thought 'p-cute, the least you could do is get your lazy keester out of your very comfortable bed and go to a spin class.' So with the husband's encouragement, I got my lazy keester out of bed and went to spin class. The whole time I was there I just kept thinking about her pushing and laboring and it inspired me. I spun faster and harder then I thought I could, especially considering it had been weeks since my last class.
However, the comparsion between my sister giving birth and me at a spin class is a little unbalanced. She wins, hands down my friends, for most strenous and amazing form of exercise this day, Jan 2, 2009. And once again I am left with great fear of child birth...this seems to happen after my sisters give birth, especially my other sister's story... yikes. My uterus hurts just thinking about it.
Now, lets give her a name. (And thanks for the inspiration, B!! It really helped during that last 10 minutes.)
