social media

A few things here.

I get so much mileage out of Facebook. I mean, I love all 400+ of my friends even if I met them once for a summer or worked with them just that one time. The voyeur inside of me can't say no (well I actually do have FB boundaries but that's not the point here). And I am so glad that all of my immediate family now uses its services. Okay, I'm getting off topic. The mileage I get from Facebook- man, it makes me laugh so hard sometimes. Like a friend of mine whose status recently said "Sitting on toilet. Ugh!". Now, obviously someone posted that status for her, and I knew that upon first glance, but man, despite all those things I am still laughing about it. In the comments some people thought that she was for reals and they were not impressed. Oh my, it just about did me in. And I'm not too sure why because that kind of humor usually does nothing for me so I am crediting the Facebook forum for making even that funny for me. Or there was this one time that Dan posted an Onion news article on FB and one of his friends had never heard of The Onion and thought it was a real news article and got quite upset with him in the comments because if the story was real it was truly a horrible thing which would make Dan horrible. Ha, ha, ha! Social media at its finest and lots of laughs for me.

And now I have a spoiler alert for you, so you may want to skip this, I don't know. All of our favorite Mormon blogs are going to be reporting stories of eating cinnamon rolls while watching General Conference this coming week. There, you heard it here first, and I'm sorry to ruin your next weeks reads.

Next you shall enjoy some cute pictures of our googly baby boy, Jude.
