On my way home from visiting Dan at work, I saw this man picking bottles out of a garbage. I love seeing this beacuse then I know that I really don't have to feel bad about the odd Diet Pepsi can I dispose of in a garbage can rather than in a recycling bin. I know without a shadow of a doubt that every can I put in a garbage and not a recycling bin will be picked out. I know this is true.
It is kind of like when I lived in Paris I usually littered. Cause hello? Have you ever seen all thoes green men that clean up the city during the wee hours of the morning? I need job security, they need job security, I know how it works. Especially in this economy. Geeze.
2 woot-woots!:
P-Cute you are so funny!!! I always look forward to your new posts. So I have to tell you I am so excited I finally made your soup last night and I think it is the best thing I have every made/tasted/smelt/encountered. Mike was blown away and when I told him I got the recipe from you he was like "oh yeah she has that amazing chili recipe too" I think this might have to be the new family staple. I did it exactly as you had I just added zucchini and some yellow squash that I had. That really added a great taste/thickness to it. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You need to start a recipe blog or add them on here so I can cook Patience meals all week :)
I get to see you next week!! And I'm so excited! :) I'm thinking I'll just meet up with you gals in the Marriott Center Thursday morning--can't wait! xoxo Sassy
