i have to wear scrubs. uuuuggggh. i simply cannot stand wearing pajamas in a professional environment that really does not require them, but anyways, worse things have happened, it is true.
but anyways, this is the only way to make oneself feel kinda cute when having to wear such an ensemble with only black or white shoes.
also, did you know that kk (as in the kourtney k.) debuts in one life to live this week? the internets quote her as saying "i'd thought i'd have two lines, but my script is so long... i'm not an actress." oh that girl, i quite enjoy her.
on the topic of trying to not drink diet beverages, instead i ate my weight in naturally low calorie kettle corn and mini dove chocolate squares. i do not know which is worse and am thinking that maybe i should just embrace the woman that i am.
i got a $4 tax return cheque. i told dan we needed to make haste and go directly to our local "cheques cashed here and payday loan" institution, as soon as possible. the best bang for these bucks, we think, would be 8 apple pies from McDonalds.
and finally, all that popcorn is really hurting my tummy, so i should go to bed.

I just dont understand the allure of tom toms! They are totatly flat, no support, they are made of canvas and they are still like $50! My 13 yr old babysitter saved up for them. So do tell... what do you love about the toms?
Tom's donates 1 pair of (brand new) shoes to a child in need for every pair purchased, and they do have a hipster following.
some people think they make your feet look like a roll of toilet paper, but for some reason i just like them. they are cute and as nunu pointed out, they donate a new pair of shoes to a child in need with every pair purchased. and i just came from canada, where $50 is a near steal for a pair of shoes, so it seemed normal to pay that price ;). they have clean, simple lines, and as far as support goes, i will let you know after a couple of days in the office with them.
I love the support of toms! They have a little arch in them- and have been SO comfy for me!!!! I have been dying for the glitter pair. Right now, I only have a pair of solid Reds. Also- I LOVE THE KKK Kardashions. LOVE THEM! Whats your new job?

I am totally addicted to those little Dove chocolates. I once bought a bag of them as a dieting device with the theory being that I would eat only one of them to get my chocolate fix. It didn't go so well.
