This Is Mostly For The Aunties

Because it is full of blurry iPhone pictures that I think only family will truly appreciate. But you can feel free to continue with your reading and viewing, if you must.

Dan loves to watch Baby Einstein on the computer with Jude mostly because of the cuddles. And look at those chubby chubby legs. Mmmmm, I would like to nibble on them for dinner.

Jude absolutely loves to take pictures with the reverse screen - oh how he giggles about it. I don't really know when babies start to recognize images of themselves, but I think Jude has somewhat of an idea of it all. We have a recent picture of him up on the fridge and today he saw it and started to laugh and laugh at it. What a sweetheart and I'm glad he doesn't take himself too seriously (wink).

One of our walks. I typically take Jude to the shopping complex nearby and pick up something I forgot at the grocery store or lolly gag through the Dollar Store admiring the handy crafts of China and all the wonderful things it makes for us for only ONE DOLLAR (!!). It is a bit of a seedy area but I like to believe that these trashy walks will build character. Character! Jude will be full of it!

This day was a little bit chillier and required his puffy jacket. You guys. Getting this kid into his puffy jacket is like getting Thomas into his snowsuit. Oh how he wails about it. Such a dramatic ordeal. It's probably because he can't really move his arms, poor thing. Oh well, at least he's warm.

Cheese! His favorite. Is he not looking more and more like a toddler these days? It isn't fair. I have decided that he will not be called a toddler until he toddles around.

Just so everyone knows that he is getting better at sitting up. Especially when he gets to play in my sock drawer while doing it.

And here he is so happy that he almost looks crazy. Who am I kidding? He does look crazy. Even his mother can admit to it... and think it's adorable.

Just a quick post script, if you don't mind, I have to share something I found really funny (in the unfortunate kind of way) probably only because it did not happen to me. A friend of mine from way up north in Canada where it is great and white, just informed me via FB that her engine light on her car is on, there are dents all over the thing, and that it won't start. Turns out a moose (!) rubbed its antlers (!) all over her car wreaking havoc. These things actually happen. Damn moose.

We got your Christmas card and this is what Jason (who hasn't seen sweet baby Jude since Labor Day) exclaimed "He's so cute! He's so big! What an adorable baby!" I agree :)
