My last day of work at eye ball place #1 has come and gone. My first day of work at eye ball place #2 is this Monday.
I have learned that the majority of things in our lives have a finite time on many occassions. Relationships, school, vacation, induldging in some dark chocolate, meeting G. W. Bush, a first kiss... the list goes on. It has been a long while since I noticed something routine in my life actually ending. I will not work at eyeball center #1 anymore. This seems odd. It is over. 13.5 months of my life were spent there and now I am moving on.
I am thankful for the things in my life that may not be physically present but are still continuing, like my many international friendships and long distance family relationships. I don't want these things to ever end because if they do I would be missing little pieces of my heart and it would hurt. From Geeneva to DC to everywhere inbetween and on the edges thank you for loving me :).
Who would have thought changing jobs would be this difficult...
