As per P_ _ _ _ family tradition (gotta keep the privacy up), me, my husband, some family, and some friends went swimming. I haven't been swimming on a Monday night since I was at least 16. It felt so right, so familiar... like I never left the Norther Lights Aquatic Center. It was great. Good exercise and so much fun. One thing I learned though, is that:
