Roasted marble potatoes straight from a little organic farm she worked at in B.C.

Glazed nut covered brownies I brought to work (well, I made those)

Things I did this weekend:

Went blonde again- everyone knows they have more fun anyways (and I am talking blonde)

Got scared to death having to stop then start on an extremely steep hill in a parking garage downtown in our standard vehicle

Went for some pho
Watched The Queen
Slept Sunday afternoon away

Pick up my held book at the library
Fold the laundry in my dryer
Go to gym
Dinner with Luke and Michelle
Learn how to make muu bing (properly) with a wonderful Thai woman from church
