Changes

Things have changed my friends. After being "in the world, but not of it" for a year and a half in Thailand, I am realizing just how much things have truly changed. Things such as my sister is pregnant- that's new. My two nieces and one nephew have grown like weeds- that's new too. There were also all these really devestating natural disasters in the southern states- I am just starting to learn just how bad they really were. And, hello! Canada is on its second pirme minister since good ol' Jean. A friend of mine showed me this picture of him and the current PM of Canada and I had no idea who the guy was. Yes, things have changed. I have decided that the biggest change though is definitley the tolite seat sanitation despensers in public bathrooms. When did going #1 get so involved? I think this is the biggest change for me because in Thailand I just popped a squat on those lovely asian tolites. No sanitation despensers necessary. Sheese, no tolite paper necessary. I'm just getting used to having to wash my hads after the deed, I can't deal with this high tech sanitation idea. Who thinks of these kind of things anyways?

not the seat covers. it's this little dispenser thing that gives out cleaner when you push the button...just like a soap despenser. so you put some on some tp and clean the seat. weird.
