Oh Honey!

I have found something amazing. My heart has been doing pitter-patters ever since Friday afternoon when I took it home, and added it as a topping to soft chewy bread and peanut butter. I present to you:

Hutterite Honey.

Ahhhhhhhhh. How I LURVE it! Now, I prefer the creamy honey to the runny stuff. But the runny stuff still holds a place in my life. Like when I make bread (those two times) or add it to a marinade.

When it comes to my bread and peanut butter, only creamy honey will do. If you look at the link, you will come to know that creamy honey is a mix of raw honey, pollen, fine comb, and propolis. Mmmm, mmmm, bee goodness. I just love those little guys. Even if they break into my house all summer long and scare Dan. I still love them.

The honey I bought was harvested by Hutterites. They are a very industrious people, just like bees really. I also favor their produce and farm fresh eggs. Maybe because awkward teenagers sell it to me, or maybe because I think it is pretty cool how they can do just about anything themselves- I just really like them, the Hutterites. I only wish I could get my hands on their grub throughout all seasons. Sigh.

For now, I shall enjoy the freshest creamy clover honey I have ever had. Please come over for a taste!
