bye bye

Folks, friends, and family. This is how I looked the morning of my immigration interview. I just thought I should share the picture so you can all have proof regarding how nervous I was. Very. That is how nervous.

But I passed, and laaaa deee daaa I hop on a plane tomorrow to be with my one true love. The things I do for that boy! Immigrate! Shred! I say shred, because I spent the better half of Wednesday morning going through his old mail from oh, 2005. Bank statements, visa bills, and unmentionables- I shredded it all. It was a pain staking processes you know. For I could not just take the lot and shred it, no, I had to open half of the unopened envelopes and separate the recycling from the shredding because after all, my in-laws shredder will only do 3 sheets at a time and a stuffed envelope ain't going nowhere in that thing. Oh the things I do for love!

I also ship for love. And would you believe I had quite the battle with FedEx today? Well I did. I sure hope it ends by tomorrow around noon, because if not... I don't really have a solution besides just pretending that I don't have 8 boxes to deal with. Or the 3 Nephites. I think they could come help me with this. There is my solution! (did I go too far with that? It's a little funny, right?)

Anyways, over and out! My eyes are tired. I will miss you Calgary- my little oil baron city.

3 woot-woots!:
